“It is inconvenient to visit the museum without interpretation of human guide before, especially the things about geology, now, we can make a visit by ourselves and scan QR code of the related items in the museum, through the system, visitors will get the available information on their phones,” Mrs.Qin, a local resident, said. Instead of the service of human guide, the installation of intelligent tour guide system apparently improves satisfaction of tourists, who can scan the relevant QR code and hear the interpretation with a smartphone.
