The 2015 Chinese Volcanic Geoparks Forum is the first international volcanic geoparks forum organised in the Asia Pacific region in support of the global geoparks movement which aims at:

－Exchange experiences in managing and developing geoparks of volcanic nature

－Enhance long term cooperation and sustainable development among volcanic geoparks in China and around the world

－Encourage scientific and tourism researches in volcanic geoparks, geology and geomorphology
